VW Bus as a Side Car to a Scooter
I have a soft space in my heart for the normally sized VW vans and also for scooters. Note though that this oddity is a bad idea for stealthy living. One of the rules of sucessful car living and van dwelling is to not draw attention to yourself.

Just about the right size for me. Now if one is doing homeless for a cause, such as Granny D or Peace Pilgrim, getting noticed can be a good thing.
I was all sat to buy an ‘83 cargo van~absolutely nothing in the back and my sofa bed would fit inside nicely. The seller only had it a short time and showed me the inspection papers~mechanically sound. Thought it’s oldness would have me sticking out like a sore thumb and saw a smaller minivan for $300. more. Of course that seller’s cellphone was static. When I went to look at it again, to be sure I copied the number correctly this beautiful shiny newer vehicle it had noticeable hood damage that shouted: Front End Accident.
Getting back to the other guy: sold. Drat.
